Range: Hourly or by the project. A One-time fee will vary depending upon homeowners situation, marketing costs, anticipated expenses and estimated amount of work/time. The fee is paid in parts (initial application fee, submission fee and project completion fees).

Rebate Policy (effective 5/20/2003)
If, after the first initial interview, we determine that we may not be able to assist the homeowner (based upon our past experiences, information and current knowledge) we will rebate 100% of the initial application fee up to that point. If we are unable to effect an agreement with the mortgage company, we rebate up to 1/2 of the submission fee charged.
